Effective date and version: July 10, 2026.
Onchain On-Call is a service and product brand operated by EBOS, INC., an Ohio corporation. This notice describes how EBOS handles information from the website, engagement and support forms, email, the public phone line, and related operations.
Information we collect
- Contact and business information: name, work email, company, role, public project URL, callback number, and referral source.
- Engagement and support information: service interest, chains, wallets, providers, operating context, timing, budget range, safe issue summaries, and messages you choose to provide.
- Phone information: caller and dialed number, call timing and routing metadata, AI-generated transcripts, call summaries, and follow-up notes after the required call disclosure and consent.
- Technical and usage information: essential session data, requested pages, form-security events, selected first-party conversion events, browser or device information, and server security logs.
- Contract and service records: signed documents, approvals, delivery records, support history, invoices, and payment status. We do not collect payment-card numbers through public forms or calls.
Restricted information
Do not send private keys, seed phrases, credentials, authentication tokens, production-write access, payment-card data, non-public exploit instructions, privileged legal information, regulated health or financial information, or personal information that is unnecessary for the request. If prohibited information is sent, we may delete it, restrict access, and stop processing the request.
Cookies, logs, and first-party measurement
The site uses an essential session cookie for form security and protected operator access. The lead and event database stores a rotating pseudonymous browser hash instead of the raw IP address. Hosting and security providers may retain ordinary server logs, including IP address and request metadata, for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. The public site does not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
How information is used
- evaluate, route, and respond to engagement, support, privacy, billing, and security requests;
- operate AI-assisted intake, phone support, evidence organization, analysis, testing, and documentation;
- authenticate requests, prevent abuse, secure systems, investigate incidents, and maintain audit records;
- prepare proposals, contracts, deliverables, invoices, and client communications;
- measure which pages and calls to action generate qualified business interest;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
AI-assisted processing and service providers
Approved information may be processed by automated and AI-assisted systems. We use providers for hosting and email, telecommunications and call routing, AI inference and transcription, source hosting, security, accounting, and legal support. These currently include Hostinger, Telnyx, OpenAI, and GitHub where applicable to the requested service. We provide only the information reasonably necessary for the task and remain responsible for our provider selection and instructions.
Do not submit information through a public channel if it cannot be processed by the providers needed to operate that channel. A signed engagement may establish narrower providers, access, retention, or data-processing terms.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers operating under appropriate restrictions; professional advisers; authorities or counterparties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the relevant business.
Retention
- First-party event records and rotating browser hashes are generally retained for up to 90 days.
- Unqualified engagement requests and public call transcripts are generally retained for up to 180 days.
- Support, security, and qualified prospect records are retained while active and for a reasonable period afterward, generally no longer than 24 months unless needed for a dispute or legal obligation.
- Signed contracts, invoices, payment records, final deliverables, and records needed for tax, accounting, compliance, or legal claims may be retained for up to seven years or longer when law requires.
These periods are maximum operating targets, not promises to retain a record for the full period. We may delete sooner when the purpose ends and may preserve longer when required by law, litigation hold, security investigation, or a signed agreement.
Security and incident response
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including access controls, encrypted transport, private storage, request validation, logging, and restricted operator access. No system is perfectly secure. If a legally reportable breach occurs, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with you by emailing support@onchainoncall.com or using the support form with the category Privacy request. We may verify identity and authority, retain information that law or legitimate claims require, and deny requests that would expose another party's information or compromise security.
You may decline non-transactional follow-up at any time. Callers who do not consent to AI transcription should end the call and use email instead. Transactional, legal, security, and service messages may still be sent when necessary.
International users and children
Operations and service providers are primarily located in the United States. Information submitted from another country may be transferred to and processed in the United States. This business service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice by posting a revised version and effective date. Signed client data-processing terms control if they conflict with this public notice for that engagement. Privacy questions may be sent to support@onchainoncall.com.
